Design Review Board

The Arbor Greene Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions provides an outline of the purpose and responsibilities of the Design Review Board (DRB). Please review this document for more detailed guidelines. It is available at the Administration Office at the Community Center.

This Board is responsible for reviewing and approving all architectural and landscape designs at Arbor Greene. As a homeowner, please be advised that any alteration made to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the DRB for approval. This includes, but is not limited to, architectural changes; exterior color changes; additions such as screen enclosures, fences and decks; landscaping adjustments and the installation of outdoor recreational equipment. Requests for approval should be submitted in writing to the Design Review Board.

A copy of your site plan may be used to designate the change or improvement you wish to make to your home. You will also want to provide any specifications and/or details. The Board normally meets once a month. You do not have to attend the meeting and you will be notified of the Board's decision as soon after the meeting as possible.
