  • Community Center Rental Policy Updates - In order to have a party where alcohol is being consumed at the Arbor Greene Community Center, the renter (resident) sign a waiver of liability and indemnity agreement for alcohol use at Arbor Greene. NO ALCOHOL SHALL BE SERVED AT ANY RENTAL FUNCTION UNLESS THE AGCDD IS IN RECEIPT OF THE WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
  • Glass Drinking Containers Not Permitted - Glass drinking containers, such as beer bottles and wine glasses, or other types of glasses are not permitted in the Gathering Room, on the pool decks or patios, tennis courts, parking lots, or common areas.
  • Community Center Trash Dumpster - The trash dumpster located at the Community Center is not for use by residents, but the Community Center only. If you have items that need to be disposed of, please call Republic Services at 813-265-0292, and they will make arrangements to have these items picked up.

Entry Gate Automobile Barcode Stickers

Arbor Greene residents can get front entry gate barcode stickers placed on their automobile at the Community Center. Residents cannot place the stickers on the car themselves and it must not be raining at time of application. Barcodes on a "Card" are not permitted. A $5 fee, proof of residence and vehicle registration is required. Barcodes are not issued for motorcycles. Drivers of motorcycles may bypass the resident gate arm, but only after stopping to provide entry information to the Security Guards. Barcode stickers are applied at the Community Center during open hours.

Entry Gate Procedures:

Please remember that the guest verification system (GVS) is in operation. If you have not done so, please provide a current contact number to AGCDD, so if a guest visits between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., the gatehouse guard may contact you to verify before allowing admission. The guard may not use a telephone number provided by the guest; the guard may only use a number previously provided by the resident to the AGCDD. Each resident is responsible for ensuring a current contact number is on file. This can be done by email to claudia.mayo@arborgreene.com, submitted in person at the Administration Center, or entered via a service request form at the AGCDD website.
